I’m an avid reader of all things fiction, and have been since since I was a child. My love affair with reading began at the age of five; I would literally beg my mom to drop me off at the library on Saturday mornings while she did her shopping. Sadly enough, well for my mom at least 
, this is when she realized that her little girl was not the “girly girl” she was expertly grooming her to be. My early years were spent reading every Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew book I could possibly get my hands on, from there I transitioned to the Sweet Valley High series. As I grew older, I discovered the enchanting world of romance, and have been hooked every since.
In the real world, I’m a marketing analyst and part time business consultant (very part time 
). I spend my days immersed in a world of data, spreadsheets and speculation; and my evenings wrangling the kids & the dog. Once nightfall hits, being able to chill with a nice glass of wine, or steamy mug of coffee, and a good book is definitely my idea of relaxation. Though this rarely happens because the kids do have to eat, and bathe, oh and bicker.
I reside in the Mid South with the hubby, kids and dog. Currently, I’m hard at work on my first manuscript, but when I am not writing (or being the cook, maid, or referee), I am the Senior Review editor for RomanceInColor.com.
